enims Mental Health Top Tips

It's nearly 6 months since enims signed the time to change pledge. Meaning that it is 6 months since we pledged to start being more open regarding mental health. At the point of signing the pledge, enims as a company made the conscious decision to bring to the forefront of our teams minds ways to improve and capture wellbeing both physically as well as mentally. We have always taken health and safety seriously and as a result we continue to do this and we incorporate mental health wellbeing in to our working practices. We encourage and support all of our team to consider their own mental health and think about ways in which they can support others with mental well being.
